Stüssy and Levi’s have joined forces once again to create a brilliant mix of Levi’s classic staples with a streetwear aesthetic. The collection consists of trucker jackets and jeans in three striking color options: black, brown and pink. Each piece is truly unique: it is made from jacquard fabric and treated with two-tone garment dyes to achieve a distinctive vintage look. Collaboration with Stussy Levi
The grainy lookbook captures the essence of the collaboration, featuring workwear-inspired pieces against a desert backdrop. In one shot, a model shields his face from the sun with the jacket panel, highlighting the functionality of the pieces. The subsequent images highlight the pink jackets against the setting sun, creating a captivating image before transitioning to a domestic setting.
Both Stüssy and Levi’s have iconic status in American style. Known for its durable denim and timeless fits, Levi’s was founded in 1853 during the gold rush and initially produced workers’ uniforms. Over time, it has transcended its original purpose and become a symbol worn by blue-collar workers, rock stars and cowboys.
Stüssy, on the other hand, emerged in the 1980s as a prominent force in streetwear, originally designed for surfers, skaters and scene kids. Stüssy is evolving into a fashion-forward label rooted in Californian culture and complements Levi’s with its distinctive design approach. Together, these two influential brands present a joint offering that embodies sustainability and style.
