International airlines that have announced flights to Tulum Airport
Delta Airlines has the distinction of being the first international airline to offer flights to the new Tulum International Airport (TQO). This month they announced the start of non-stop direct flights from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) starting March 28. Spirit Airlines, another major US carrier, is joining the competition and will offer non-stop direct flights to Tulum, as reported. by local media. American Airlines has further expanded connectivity and officially confirmed its daily flight operations to Tulum. Starting March 28, 2024, the airline will offer four daily flights to Tulum. This schedule includes two daily flights from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), one daily service from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and an additional daily flight from Miami International Airport (MIA). This development marks a significant boost in air travel options for those wanting to visit Tulum, increasing accessibility for international travelers.
