- Although credit cards are widely accepted and few cases of fraud are reported, it is advisable to carry cash for tips and certain local transactions.
- If you have cash on you, be discreet and keep most of it safe in your accommodation safe.
- Don’t leave your luggage unattended in your rental car and avoid wearing flashy jewelry and carrying expensive wallets.
