Georgia offers excellent holiday destinations to escape the summer heat. Most resorts and campsites are available all year round. This is a chance to enjoy luxury hotels with spa facilities and golf courses or camp in your tent or recreational vehicle. Water sports are possible everywhere.

This beautiful area is located in Brunswick. It offers fresh and saltwater fishing, boating and swimming. Canoes and kayaks are available for rent. The campground has 97 campsites suitable for RVs and tents, picnic pavilions, horseshoe fields for tournaments, hiking and biking trails, and even an archery range.

Blythe Island also has a boat launch area, docks and bait sales. During the summer, reservations for the campsites are required. The Coastal RV Resort and Southern Retreat RV Park are also located in Brunswick, close to Blythe Island and other barrier islands.
