Full disclosure – I’ve never been to Marmaris, but if I were to go on holiday here, Marmaris Bay Resort would be my best choice.

Plus, there are no screaming kids as adults only enjoy blissful days in a private slice of paradise.
In addition to the luxury resorts, there are more accommodations for every budget.
Those who don’t mind being a short walk from the beach can stay on a palm tree-lined street 3 minutes from Marmaris Beach. Amore Hotel as low as $80.
Those who want more space can opt for Airbnbs in the city, which can be found on the low end in the $60 per night range.

As you might imagine, Marmaris is a popular cruise port, so that’s no surprise.
But what all travelers will find here are some unexpected pleasures beyond the beachside resorts and pristine waters.
The vibrant nightlife transforms this city from a relaxing escape to full-blown fist-pumping madness.
It’s certainly not for everyone, but if Ibiza is your thing, then so is Marmaris.
Being a family-friendly destination, the kids can skip this aspect of Marmaris, but there is something for everyone.
