With flavors of both a butterfly tie and a tie, the ribbed scarves of Evan Naurais noticed immediately when we crossed paths in Paris on a Saturday at the beginning of February on a Saturday at the beginning of February. It was a bravely finishing touch for a tactile outfit that also concerned a fuzzy, olive -green jacket and stylish dark jeans.
Mr. Naurais, 24, who works in an art gallery in Paris, had the kind of look that suggested that a certain degree of thought was made to put it together. So I was surprised when he told me that on his days off he didn’t make much sense of his clothing choices.
“The weekend is for me to clean my head,” he said.
