Selling Sunset Season 10 Teased by Heather Rae El Moussa
Heather Rae El Moussa recently hinted at the upcoming 10th season of Netflix’s hit series, Selling Sunset, in an exclusive interview with E! News. The reality star, who is making her comeback after three seasons alongside former Oppenheim Group agent Christine Quinn, shared some exciting details about their reunion.
During the KARMA Automotive Celebration in Los Angeles, Heather disclosed that returning to the show stirred up a mix of emotions. She cryptically mentioned, “You’ll have to wait and see, but I would say some fun, some bad.”
One of the major storylines of the upcoming season will revolve around Heather’s relationship with Christine. She revealed that the two had not spoken for about four years following their initial departures from the show. Without giving away too much, Heather teased, “There is something juicy that happens in the very beginning.”
Christine left Selling Sunset after the fifth season, while Heather announced her exit ahead of Season 7. Heather then transitioned to HGTV, where she starred in a new series alongside her husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his ex-wife, Christina Haack. Despite the drama on Selling Sunset, Heather found working with her husband’s ex to be a breeze in comparison.
Heather expressed that she is in a much better place personally and emotionally compared to her previous stint on Selling Sunset. She mentioned, “I’ve been in my little cocoon down in Newport Beach and filming my other show, The Flip Off. There’s some drama on that, but it’s house drama. This is a whole other level again. Personally, I’m different. I’m in a really good place. I’m a very strong person right now.”
Following Chrishell Stause’s departure after nine seasons, Heather and Christine are returning to Selling Sunset, with some cast changes. Mary Bonnet, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, and Sandra Vergara have been let go from the series, while Bre Tiesi and Amanza Smith join the remaining cast members.
Reflecting on the challenges faced in the previous season, Heather shared, “It was really challenging for the girls to even be together in the same room, which is hard when you work together. It obviously wasn’t my choice, and I’m friends with pretty much all the girls still. It was sad for me to see them go, but it’s going to be really exciting for the fans.”
