The Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOLagos) is back for its second season, and the ladies explore unconventional fashion trends, making every scene a fashion moment. By Chioma Ikokwus logomanic outfit Toyin Lawanis eccentric style and Faith Moreys Thanks to the maximalist coordination, the ladies were ready to attract attention, and they succeeded. Best looks RHOLagos
When the new season premiered exclusively on Showmax on Friday, September 29, we were introduced to two new housewives:Tania Omotayo and Faith Morey – who brought a lovely dose of luxury to the already luxurious show.
Here are six of the best looks we saw on RHOLagos episode 1…
#1. Believe Morey
Last season we had Chioma; this season we have Faith. Both women refuse to underdress for any event, even if it is a relaxing day at the spa. For her first spa date with the ladies, Faith Morey wore a mini dress with a flamboyant train from Pearls Bridal. She paired the number with the J’adior slingback pumps that had the women talking.
#2. Toyin Lawani
In a self-designed three-piece ensemble, Toyin Lawani presented her eccentric designs during a dinner scene with Mariam Timmer. The sharp gold and black ensemble paired perfectly with other elements of the look that made it a hit, including the Fendi x Versace leather baguette bag.
#3. Laura Ikeji
Laura Ikeji has always been a big fan of loud luxury, so it’s no surprise that her first look was a full Burberry vintage outfit. She paired Burberry leggings with a matching shirt from the brand and accessorized with Hermes’ optimistic Birkin bag and Giuseppe Zanotti mules.
#4. Chioma Ikokwu
If there is one fashionista who makes logomania look good, it is Chioma Ikokwu. Her iconic Dior ensemble last season got everyone talking; this season she is a Valentino Garavani woman, decked out in the label’s clothes for her first scene of the season.
She paired the brand’s Toile Iconographe mini skirt with a matching light jacket and small shoulder bag, all from the Italian designer. The ensemble, from Valentino Garavani’s SS23 collection, reinterprets the brand’s signature V-Logo and channels ’70s style with unique details.
#5. Mariam Timmer
Mariam keeps it chic with her outfits. For her diary sessions, she wore a statement piece from the Tribe of Elzar Feline spring/summer 22 collection. She paired the Rali mini skirt and blouse with strappy stilettos.
#6. Iyabo Ojo
Iyabo Ojo also kept it simple and stylish for the first episode in a Ciscacecil mini dress. She paired the outfit with a neckpiece from Faith Morey’s jewelry collection, Jimmy Choo pumps with a bow and an embellished knotted bag.
