Keep in mind that this is not an exhausting list of every country in the world. We have focused on the most popular destinations for American travelers. - A valid passport
- Stay less than 90 days within a six -month window.

- A valid passport valid for at least 3 months after the duration of your stay.

- Visa
- The maximum amount of time that you can stay in India per year is 180 days.

- Upon arrival in the country, it is common for a stay of 180 days to be granted, but it is not guaranteed and up to the discretion of the border agent.
