Paris
Let’s start with Paris, as it is the capital of the most visited country in the world and probably one of the highest priced items on your travel bucket list.
Round-trip tickets between the US and the French capital are available in April from just $270.
The next time airfares approach these levels again will be in November, when the weather in the city is rainy and gloomy. So price-conscious travelers should act quickly!
And remember: the exact same tickets can sell for as much as $500 or more in the summer, especially this year when Paris hosts the 2024 Olympics, so if you plan your visit right, you could end up saving hundreds, if not thousands save dollars (if you’re traveling in a group of 5 or more people).
Vienna
The Austrian capital exudes a kind of regal charm that is just too hard to resist, and as someone lucky enough to have visited the city in the spring, I can testify that the experience is truly worth every penny, especially when the flight prices are as low as they are. are now.
Vienna is usually even more expensive than Paris to travel to, as the cheapest tickets you can access from the US for most of the year hover around $600.

As one of the trendiest European hubs at the moment, Porto has seen a surge in traveler interest over the past year, and with much of this ever-increasing interest coming from American tourists, flight prices are getting higher by the day.
However, you can still finally get your dream Portuguese experience without spending a lot of money.
In April, roundtrip flights start at $410, which, while not exactly cheap, is still much better than paying almost $800 for the exact same tickets in July.
Bucharest
Rounding out the list as a slightly more underrated destination, Bucharest promises travelers a wonderfully unique experience this spring, marked by its fascinating juxtaposition between communist-era buildings and Belle Époque palaces.
Now, most flights from the US to Bucharest exceed the 10-hour limit, so it’s great to see that some $450 round-trip tickets will be available to travelers in April.
