According to multiple reports, Jayne Trcka died on December 12, 2025 in San Diego, California. The San Diego County Medical Examiner confirmed her death and stated that the case remains under investigation.
TMZ was the first to report details surrounding the discovery of her body. Law enforcement sources told the station that a close friend became concerned after several days of unsuccessful attempts to contact Trcka by phone. After receiving no response, the friend went to Trcka’s home to check on her.
Upon entering the home, the friend reportedly found Jayne Trcka unconscious in her kitchen. Emergency services were immediately contacted and first responders pronounced her dead at the scene.

Before Jayne Trcka became known to movie audiences, she built a reputation in the bodybuilding world during the sport’s rising popularity in the late 1980s and 1990s.
