The Dermalogica Phyto Nature E2 Regenerating Daily Exosome Leave-on Treatment is the newest addition to the Phyto Nature family. This also includes the Phyto Nature firming serumthe Phyto Nature Oxygen Creamand the Phyto Nature Lifting Eye Cream. The E2 joins a range already focused on supporting mature skin through plant-based, science-based formulations.

The E2 combines two important mechanisms in one daily step. The first are plant-derived exosomes, which deliver regenerative signals into the deeper layers of the skin to support collagen renewal and soothe inflammation. And restore the skin’s ability to repair itself.

The second is Pumpkin Enzyme (Cucurbita Pepo), which dissolves the compounds that hold dead skin cells on the surface. This is a form of enzymatic exfoliation, it helps the skin release what it no longer needs, without scrubbing or acid-based exfoliants. Importantly, pumpkin enzyme is not photosensitizing, meaning it can be used in the morning or evening without increasing sun sensitivity.

This combination means that the E2 resurfaces and regenerates in one step. Dead cells are cleared away so that the exosome signals can reach the skin more effectively. For skin dealing with dullness, uneven texture, fine lines, loss of firmness, post-retinol sensitivity, or menopausal changes, that dual action is really helpful. Clinically supported approaches to radiance and fine lines are worth reading next, as they provide useful context for what to expect from active treatments over time.
